Ô nhiễm môi trường hiện nay là một vấn đề nan giải của tất cả chúng ta. Với thời tiết ngày càng khắc nhiệt, những yếu tố tự nhiên bị nhiễm hóa chất, khói bụi ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến sức khỏe của người dân. Hiện nay khắc phục hậu quả của ô nhiễm môi trường là một vấn đề nan giải cần phải có nhiều các đối tượng cũng như là các yếu tố khác nhau hỗ trợ. Nguyên nhân dẫn đến tình trạng ô nhiễm môi trường có rất nhiều như là: dân số tăng cao, việc phát triển kinh tế, chất thải công nghiệp tăng cao, diện tích đất tự nhiên bị thu hẹp, …. Đặc biệt là ở những quốc gia đang trong giai đoạn phát triển như của Việt Nam nên cần phải chú trọng đến nguồn nước, đất và các thực phẩm trong đời sống. Một vài thời gian gần đây việc thực phẩm nhiễm khuẩn đã khuấy đảo cả cuộc sống của người dân, nhất là rau xanh. Và một giải pháp đã đặt ra cho chúng ta là xây dựng kho lạnh bảo quản.

Vì sao cần phải thiết kế kho lạnh bảo quản rau xanh
Như chúng ta đã biết, ô nhiễm môi trường ảnh hưởng đến cuộc sống của người dân, các nguy cơ về bệnh tật ngày càng cao hơn rất nhiều. Chính vì điều đó mà chúng ta cần phải có được những biện pháp để giúp nâng cao và bảo vệ sức khỏe của người dân. Rau xanh là một nguồn thực phẩm không thể thiếu trong các bữa ăn của người dân. Tuy nhiên vấn đề ô nhiễm môi trường khiến rau xanh cũng bị nhiễm khuẩn rất nhiều. Chính vì thế mà hiện nay đã phát triển nên các mô hình trồng rau sạch trên toàn quốc . Đây là các mô hình được đầu tư về kỹ thuật, về các nghiên cứu khoa học để có thể đem lại nguồn cung cấp đảm bảo cho thị trường.

Tuy nhiên rau xanh lại rất dễ bị phân hủy và chịu ảnh hưởng từ phía môi trường tự nhiên. Chính vì thế mà thiết kế kho lạnh bảo quản rau là điều cần thiết. Với việc xây dựng được kho lạnh diệt khuẩn, nhiệt độ được đảm bảo sẽ giúp chúng ta có thể giữ rau xanh trong thời gian dài cung cấp cho các đơn vị khác nhau.
