Đơn vị C&T là nhà thầu chuyên thi công kho lạnh với nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trên lĩnh vực thiết kế lắp đặt hệ thống kho lạnh. với mục tiêu tối ưu hóa ngành công nghiệp lạnh nhằm tạo ra sự than thiện với hầu hết người tiêu dùng. Sau đây chúng tôi xin trình bày một quy trình cơ bản để thi công kho lạnh của đơn vị để người tiêu dùng có thể hiểu rõ hơn.

Chuẩn bị
Trước tiên cần kiểm tra lại chính xác mặt bằng thi công kho lạnh, đảm bảo sự bằng phẳng nhất cho mặt bằng kho lạnh. Bạn có thể dùng ti ô nước hoặc thước đo để cân chuẩn nhất cho mặt bằng.

Khắc phục các chỗ lồi lõm, nứt hay bị xấu trên mặt bằng, khắc phục các sai lệch trên mặt bằng kho lạnh để thuận tiện cho việc thi công lắp đặt panel sau này.

Lắp đặt panel
Trước khi lắp đặt panel cần kiểm tra lại một lần nữa độ vững chắc của khung nhà kho, xác định các vị trí treo móc để lắp trần theo bản vẽ và đúng thiết kế. Panel tường và panel trần phải được đóng đồng thời.

Các tấm panel kho lạnh được sử dụng ở đây là các tấm cách nhiệt PU, được phun đồng đều, có độ kết dính đồng đều giữa hai mặt bằng tole chống gỉ, các pannel được liên kết với nhau bằng các khóa camlock.

Pannel tường và panel trần được kết nối với nhau theo gờ âm dương và các khóa camlock. Trong quá trình lắp đặt phải luôn đảm bảo khe hở giữa hai tấm panel từ 3 đến 5 mm, đảm bảo liên kết chặt chẽ giữa các tấm panel tường với các tấm panel trần.
Gắn cửa kho lạnh

Cách thi công cửa kho lạnh có thể sử dụng phương pháp cửa bản lề hoặc cửa trượt. Cửa bản lề cần phải đảm bảo khóa và bản lề được lắp đặt chắc chắn, joint lạnh phải kín để không làm thoát không khí ra ngoài, điện trở sưởi phải luôn hoạt động tốt khi kho vận hành. Đối với thi công cửa trượt thì kết cấu trượt cần vững chắc và hoạt động trơn tru nhẹ nhàng, tay đẩy cần lắp đặt chắc chắn, joint cũng cần phải kín để không làm thoát hơi lạnh.

Hoàn thiện và kiểm tra kho lạnh
Kiểm tra kỹ các mối ghép toàn bộ kho sử dụng keo silicon để xử lý các khe hở nếu có. Gắn các phụ kiện cần thiết của kho lạnh như van cân bằng, đồng hồ nhiệt, chuông báo động, công tắc đèn…

Hoàn thiện nốt các cửa kho lạnh theo bản thiết kế đã có sẵn của nhà sản xuất, hoàn thiện các thanh V nhôm cho các mối ghép cạnh góc trong và ngoài kho.
