Những phương pháp được sử dụng để lắp ghép các kho lạnh

Phương pháp lắp ghép thông dụng nhất để dùng lắp ghép các kho lạnh chất lượng cao hiện nay là phương pháp khóa camlocking hoặc là phương pháp sử dụng mộng âm dương. Trong hai phương pháp này thì phương pháp sử dụng khóa camlock được nhiều nhà thầu xây dựng ưu tiên sử dụng hơn cả. Là do tính chất tiện dụng, dễ lắp đặt, lại có chi phí thấp hơn hẳn so với phương pháp sử dụng mộng âm dương.

Vậy cụ thể việc lắp ráp cho các lớp chống nhiệt của kho lạnh như thế nào

Một kho lạnh sẽ gồm có 3 lớp chính. Đầu tiên sẽ là các lớp tôn dày ở hai bên kho lạnh. Lớp ở giữa sẽ là các tấm panel cách nhiệt có độ dày lớn. Các chiều cạnh sẽ được thiết kế theo kiểu dáng âm dương để có thể lắp ghép một cách linh hoạt. Độ dày của các tấm panel có thể thay đổi tùy thuộc vào phạm vi nhiệt độ sẽ sử dụng. Cụ thể là phụ thuộc vào loại hình kinh doanh của chủ doanh nghiệp.

 

Doanh nghiệp kinh doanh thực phẩm rau củ quả sẽ có thiết kế kho lạnh khác với doanh nghiệp kinh doanh thủy hải sản, hay doanh nghiệp kinh doanh mặt hàng thuốc, hóa chất. Các tấm panel được lắp đặt ở 6 bề mặt của căn phòng. Trong đó có 4 cạnh bên và 2 cạnh trần cùng sàn. Riêng tấm panel được lắp đặt cho bề mặt sàn, do phải chịu tải trọng lớn nên sẽ có thiết kế dày hơn hẳn. Đồng thời phải có khả năng chịu lực cũng như chịu nén cực kỳ tốt. Lúc này, các móc khóa sẽ có tác dụng liên kết những tấm panel cách nhiệt này với nhau để tạo thành một không gian khép kín hoàn toàn. Với các dạng kho lạnh có diện tích không gian lớn, lúc này các tấm panel trần rất dễ bị võng ở giữa. Do đó các đơn vị lắp đặt sẽ sử dụng các dạng giá đỡ hay khung treo để tránh những tấm panel cách nhiệt này bị võng hay bị gãy ở không gian trung tâm. Sau khi công trình hoàn tất, giữa các tấm panel này vẫn sẽ có những đoạn khe hở mà khí lạnh có thể thoát được ra ngoài. Khi đó, người ta sẽ sử dụng silicon hoặc sealant làm chất phun lên bề mặt, che kín các lỗ thoát khí này. Cuối cùng, kỹ thuật viên sẽ lắp đặt thêm các van điều áp trong kho lạnh để áp suất trong kho luôn luôn được ổn định và an toàn.
