Hiện nay, việc bảo quản những sản phẩm từ nông nghiệp là điều rất quan trọng bởi không phải nông sản nào cũng được sử dụng ngay mà phải vận chuyển cũng như lưu trữ. Chính vì vậy mà việc lắp đặt kho lạnh để bảo quản nông sản là vô cùng quan trọng. Thế nhưng, có rất ít người biết hết tác dụng của kho lạnh.

Kho lạnh bảo quản nông sản là gì?
Nói một cách đơn giản thì kho lạnh bảo quản nông sản là một chiếc tủ lạnh với kích cỡ lớn dùng cho việc bảo quản nông sản chờ ngày sử dụng, xuất khẩu hay vận chuyển đến những nơi bán ra. Với một nước nông nghiệp như nước ta, việc đảm bảo chất lượng nông sản, giảm thiểu tối đa những trường hợp nông sản như rau, củ, quả bị hỏng, thối là điều rất quan trọng.

Hiện nay, người ta thường sử dụng nhiều loại kho lạnh, tùy vào từng nhu cầu mà các nhà cung cấp nông sản sẽ sử dụng một loại kho lạnh khác nhau, nhưng chủ yếu người ta sẽ phân kho lạnh theo công dụng, nhiệt độ, dung tích chứa và đặc điểm cách nhiệt.

Chắc hẳn bất cứ ai cũng biết tác dụng của việc sử dụng kho lạnh trong việc bảo quản nông sản, thế nhưng không phải ai cũng biết hết những công dụng của thiết bị này.

Một trong những lợi ích thiết thực nhất của việc bảo quản nông sản bằng kho lạnh đó chính là bảo quản độ dinh dưỡng của nông sản ở mức cao nhất. Thông thường, các thực phẩm, nông sản sau khi được sơ chế và đóng gói sẽ được chuyển vào kho lạnh để có thể bảo quản, không làm hao hụt dinh dưỡng của sản phẩm cho tới khi tới tay người tiêu dùng.

Thêm vào đó, giá của một sản phẩm nông sản được bảo quản trong kho lạnh thường sẽ rẻ hơn so với giá của sản phẩm tươi sống bởi vì các sản phẩm nông sản này đã được chế biến sơ qua nên thường người tiêu dùng sẽ không phải bỏ đi bất cứ phần nào của sản phẩm đông lạnh. Việc này giúp cho người tiêu dùng có thể tiết kiệm được một số chi phí không cần thiết trong việc tiêu dùng nông sản.

Việt Nam là một nước nông nghiệp với nguồn thu nhập chính đến từ các sản phẩm nông nghiệp. Thông số kỹ thuật

Sản phẩm kho lạnh được cung cấp bởi ctvietnam.com.vn là một sản phẩm cap cấp với panel vot kho lạnh được cấu tạo từ các tấm panel cách nhiệt có tỉ trọng 22kh/m3 hoặc polyurethane có tỷ trọng 42 kg/m3

Các liên kết giữa các tấm panel được thực hiện bằng công nghệ khóa camlock hoặc được thiết kế bằng mộng âm dương. Đây là một công nghệ vô cùng hiện đại giúp cửa kho lạnh có độ kín khít cao và dễ dàng tháo dỡ.

Tính năng quan trọng

Nhiệt độ trong kho lạnh luôn được giữ ở mức từ -40 độ C- 20 độ C giúp bảo quản nông sản một cách tốt nhất. Tuy nhiên quý khách hàng cũng cần lưu ý với những loại nông sản khác nhau thì có nhiệt độ khác nhau chẳng hạn với chuối là > 10 độ C, chanh > 4 độ C.

Các kích thước có thể tùy chọn phục vụ nhiều nhu cầu và mục đích sử dụng khác nhau cùng với đó là khả năng tích trữ một số lượng lớn nông sản đa dạng về chủng loại và kích thước. Ngoài ra chúng tôi còn nhận thi công và thiết kế kho lạnh theo yêu cầu của quý khách hàng.
